Setting Up a Store
A store is where you sell your products. The Seller demo account already has sample stores to explore.
Open the seller dashboard
Sign in as a seller and open the seller dashboard. Choose an existing store or use the new-store option.
If your account is not a seller account, start from Become a seller.
Add store details
Enter the store name, contact details and description. Add a logo and cover image, then save.
Your store URL is the address customers use to visit your store. Review the preview and saved details. New stores may need admin approval before appearing publicly.
Set shipping and return information
Open the store’s Shipping and Settings pages. Set the available shipping costs and delivery estimates.
Write a clear return policy so customers know which items can be returned and how long they have to request a return.
