Preparing and Sending Orders
Your order workspace shows the packages for your store. Payment confirmation and package preparation are separate steps.
Review incoming orders
Open your store’s Orders page and choose a package. Check that payment is confirmed, then review its items and quantities.
A customer’s checkout may include other stores. You manage only your store’s package.
Update preparation progress
Use the available package actions as you accept, prepare and hand off the items. Only allowed next actions appear.
Use the packing slip where available to check the items going into the package.
Follow delivery progress
Add or review shipment and tracking information in the order workspace. Shipment progress can differ from the package preparation status.
Some sample orders use demo automation to show progress over time. This is a demonstration, not proof of a real shipment.
